1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Anchored platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use this Service.

2. Pilot Program - Free Access to Content

Anchored is currently operating as a free pilot program to test and refine the platform. During this pilot phase, all content and features are provided at no cost. This free access is subject to the following conditions:

• Free access may be suspended, modified, or revoked at any time, with or without notice, at Anchored's sole discretion.
• Free access does not constitute a guarantee of perpetual or uninterrupted service.
• Anchored reserves the right to transition to a paid subscription model at any time, with advance notice to users.
• Anchored reserves the right to modify the terms of free access at any time.
• Content availability may change, and certain content may be removed or restricted without notice.
• As a pilot program, features and functionality may change without notice as we improve the platform.

3. Individual Subscriptions

When Anchored transitions from the pilot program to a subscription model, individuals may purchase subscriptions to access premium content and features. Individual subscriptions will be subject to:

• Payment terms and pricing as specified at the time of purchase.
• Monthly or annual billing cycles as selected by the subscriber.
• Access to content and features as specified in the subscription tier.
• Cancellation and refund policies as specified in the subscription agreement.

4. Organization Subscriptions

Organizations (churches, schools, youth groups, etc.) may purchase subscriptions to provide access to their members. Organization subscriptions are subject to:

• Payment terms and pricing as specified at the time of purchase.
• Organizations are responsible for managing their member access.
• Access for organization members is contingent on the organization maintaining an active subscription.
• Cancellation and refund policies as specified in the subscription agreement.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• Keep your password secure and not share it with others.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and lesson materials, is the property of Anchored or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce content without express written permission.
• Use content for commercial purposes without authorization.
• Remove or alter copyright notices or other proprietary markings.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anchored shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content.

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
• Any defects or errors will be corrected.
• The Service will be available at any particular time or location.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Sharing of account credentials.
• Misuse or abuse of the Service.
• Any reason we deem necessary to protect the Service or other users.
• Discontinuation of the pilot program or the Service as a whole.

We also reserve the right to remove individual users or discontinue the Service entirely at our sole discretion, without any obligation to provide refunds or compensation.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
